My First Post

Hey everyone! 

This is my very first post on my new blog, 'La Cuisine'. This blog will be focussing on the culinary industry.

I have aspirations myself in going far within this industry. I have developed a raw talent and passion for cooking. I aim to use this blog as a learning process both for myself to grow in my own knowledge of cooking, but also to grow the knowledge of my readers! 

This blog will have exciting posts looking at the biographies of famous chefs, look at the history behind cooking, and giving you my opinions on other cooking creators such as 'Binging with Babish', Joshua Weissman, and 'Bon Appetit'. I will also do blogposts regarding experienced chefs from the pre-internet age such as Marco Pierre White and Gordon Ramsey, to name but a few.

You will also see my journey inside of the culinary industry, as I go through my cookery apprenticeship. 

I look forward to starting this journey, and it would be most appreciated if you would join me on it.
